Set high above downtown Victoria, our next wine pairing dinner brings the character of Summerland to Vista 18 for an intimate evening with Lightning Rock Winery. Chef Brett Yamashiro has created a four-course menu to compliment a collection of vineyard-driven wines, moving from Cabernet Franc Pét-Nat and Viognier to Pinot Noir and a bone-dry Blanc de Noirs.

Thanksgiving is all about comfort, tradition, and a meal worth lingering over with the people you love. Chef Brett Yamashiro brings that feeling to the table with a Traditional Roast Turkey Dinner featuring creamy mashed potatoes, brown butter sage stuffing, rich gravy, spiced cranberry sauce, local winter vegetables, and turkey skin crisp. Classic and familiar at heart, but elevated with local ingredients and careful technique.

Available over Thanksgiving weekend, from October 10-12, $36 per person!

From the first glass to the final course, this dinner is an exploration of Burrowing Owl Estate Winery and the depth of Okanagan wine. During the evening, a four-course menu by Chef Brett Yamashiro will be paired with wines ranging from vibrant Rosé and rich Malbec to the winery’s acclaimed Athene and a final pour of Coruja. With winery ambassador Nitasha Hyde guiding the evening, each glass brings a new story to the table and a closer look at the varieties, vineyards, and winemaking behind Burrowing Owl.

Ease into a perfect morning with a fresh selection of breakfast favourites, juices, tea and coffee, all paired with sweeping views from the 18th floor.

Our breakfast buffet is available through October 12, so be sure to join us while you can. After that, breakfast will continue with our full à la carte menu.

For $150, two guests can share a bottle from the featured wine selection, two appetizers and two entrées. It is a thoughtful introduction to the new menu and its contemporary West Coast direction.
