Reservations & Groups
Do you recommend reservations?
Reservations are recommended and can be made through the Reservations page. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Can I request a window table?
Window-table requests may be noted, but specific tables or sections cannot be guaranteed.
How do I book for a group?
For groups of 7–12, call 250-382-9258. Groups of 13 or more should use the private-dining inquiry for the Harbour Room.
Menus & Dietary Needs
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?
Please inform your server about allergies or dietary needs. The kitchen will accommodate requests where possible.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome, and high chairs and booster seats are available. Vista 18 does not offer a separate children’s menu.
Do you offer takeout?
Vista 18 does not offer takeout.

Where is Vista 18 located?
Vista 18 is on the 18th floor of Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites at 740 Burdett Avenue. Enter through the hotel lobby and take the elevator to the restaurant.
What are the current hours?
Breakfast is served Monday–Friday from 7–11 am and weekends from 7 am–12:30 pm. Happy Hour is daily from 3:30–6 pm. Dinner is daily from 4:30–10 pm. Late Night Cocktails + Bites are offered Friday and Saturday from 10–11 pm.
Parking & Accessibility
Is parking available?
Complimentary on-site parking is available for Vista 18 guests. Visit the Chateau Victoria front desk before heading upstairs to obtain a parking pass.
Is Vista 18 wheelchair accessible?
Step-free access is available through the hotel lobby by elevator. Vista 18 has an accessible washroom and wheelchair seating at standard tables. For assistance, contact vista18@chateauvictoria.com or 250-382-9258.

What is the Harbour Room?
The Harbour Room is Vista 18’s dedicated private-dining space on the 18th floor, with Inner Harbour and Olympic Mountain views and a maximum seated capacity of 45 guests.
What types of events can the Harbour Room host?
The room supports corporate and business gatherings, celebrations, social occasions, plated dinners, brunches and luncheons. Configuration and privacy are tailored to the event.
